Campaign Terms
Organizer: The organizer of the campaign “Give the gift of flavour and win an unforgettable experience at Joyce!” (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign) is V Spaahotell OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
Campaign Period: The Campaign runs from 1 July 2026 to 5 August 2026 (inclusive).
Participation: To participate, purchase a Joyce Restaurant gift card from the online store and enter the campaign code SUVI26 during checkout.
Prize Draws: Weekly prize draws will take place on 16 July, 23 July and 30 July. The grand prize draw will take place on 5 August 2026.
All qualifying purchases made during the Campaign using the campaign code SUVI26 will automatically be entered into all subsequent weekly prize draws until the end of the Campaign, including the grand prize draw.
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 2 working days. The winner’s first name may be published on Joyce’s communication channels.
Validity and Redemption: The validity, booking conditions and terms of use for gift cards and prize packages are subject to the Organizer’s general terms and availability. Blackout dates may apply. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Returns: Returned or cancelled purchases are not eligible for the prize draws. If a purchase is cancelled after a prize draw has taken place, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize and conduct a new draw.
Personal Data: The Organizer processes participants’ personal data solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign (including prize draws and winner notification). Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
Other Conditions: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the Campaign in the event of force majeure. Any changes will be announced on the Campaign page.
