Gift card purchase conditions

  • 1. General terms of the gift card
    • 1.1. The gift card of V Spaahotell & Konverentsikeskus (hereinafter the hotel), V Spaahotell OÜ can be purchased online and at the hotel reception;
    • 1.2. The gift card can be purchased at any value at a minimum of 5 euros;
    • 1.3. In case the sum of the consumed services exceeds the value of the gift card, the subtotal shall be paid by the gift card owner;
    • 1.4. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the unused amount will not be refunded;
    • 1.5. The gift card is not exchanged for cash;
    • 1.6. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase;
    • 1.7. Gift cards that have expired will not be accepted and will be cancelled;
    • 1.8. A damaged or lost gift card will not be exchanged for a new card or cash;
    • 1.9. Reproduction of the gift card in any way is not allowed.
    • 1.10. The gift card is a means of payment, please be sure to present it to the hotel reception when paying for the service.

  • 2. Procedure for purchasing a gift card
    • 2.1. The gift card can be purchased from the online store at https://joyce.eekinkekaart.
    • 2.2. When purchasing a gift card, the buyer fills in the order form and pays the amount of the gift card using the electronic payment system of their chosen bank.
    • 2.3. The purchaser will be informed of the purchased gift card at the e-mail address indicated on the order form.
    • 2.4. The purchased gift card can only be used by the gift card holder.
  • 3. Entry into force of the terms
    • 3.1. The contract will enter into force when the buyer clicks the “I AGREE TO THE TERMS” button.
  • 4. Delivery of the gift card
    • 4.1. The gift card will be sent electronically (.pdf) to the e-mail address specified in the buyer’s order form within 1 (one) business day.
  • 5. Use and validity of the gift card
    • 5.1. The gift card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue. If the gift card is not used during its period of validity, the service shall be deemed to have been rendered.
    • 5.2. For the date of provision of the service indicated on the gift card, the holder of the certificate must contact the phone number or e-mail address indicated on the gift card and indicate the number of the gift card, book the service, and come to the appointed place at the appointed time.
    • 5.3. The gift card is not exchanged for cash. Unused gift cards will not be refunded.
  • 6. Type of payments
    • 6.1. It is possible to pay for the gift card through a bank link of Estonian banks (online bank).
    • 6.2. After completing the gift card order form, click on the link of the desired bank that will direct you to the selected Internet bank with the payment information provided by Information shared between the bank and the environment is provided with digital signatures. The hotel does not have access to your bank account information, only whether the payment was made or not.
  • 7. Confidentiality
    • 7.1. Personal data provided when ordering and making a purchase in the online environment are confidential and will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. The Hotel will not disclose the client’s personal information to third parties without their consent.
  • 8. Rights and obligations of the parties
    • 8.1. The Buyer is entitled to:
      • 8.1.1. terminate this contract by notifying the Hotel in writing within seven working days of the date of conclusion of the contract;
      • 8.1.2. require the timely and appropriate provision of the services ordered, with the exception of particular cases stipulated in this contract.
    • 8.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
      • 8.2.1. return to the Hotel, upon cancellation of the contract in accordance with section 8.1.1. of this contract, at their own expense, the gift card within fifteen days;
      • 8.2.2. provide all information required by the intermediary when ordering services.
    • 8.3. The Hotel has the right to:
      • 8.3.1. refuse to provide the services if the Buyer has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information or has not provided all the required information at the time of ordering the services.
    • 8.4. The Hotel undertakes to:
      • 8.4.1. upon receipt of the notice of termination of the contract in accordance with the procedure set forth in clause 8.1.1., cancel the validity of the gift card and refund to the buyer the amount paid for the gift card. The mail payment for the delivery will not be refunded.
      • 8.4.2. respect the requirements of the protection of confidential information as set out in section 7 of the Contract.
  • 9. Changes to the Terms
    • 9.1. The Hotel reserves the right to change the requirements, conditions, and notices under which gift cards are sold; you agree and confirm that you will comply with the requirements, conditions, and notices applicable at the time you purchased the gift card.

    • 11.1. Disputes arising from the ordering and purchase of services between the client and the hotel shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the client shall have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board for the protection of their rights. Disputes and issues not covered by these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
